After safety and quality, corporate ethics and compliance is the third agenda item discussed at every meeting. We have a Corporate Compliance Department dedicated to training and assessing projects to ensure that they are in full compliance with the latest codes and regulations.

In addition, every project develops its own project compliance plan, based on the unique requirements of the contract and regional laws. All projects are self-assessed at 15%, 33% and 66% complete.

Our corporate ethics and Compliance Program is designed with efficient, effective corporate controls that demonstrate our full, proactive compliance with all laws, regulations, contract requirements, policies and procedures. It is comprised of three parts: an approach to management understanding and involvement, organization structure and support, plan components including risk assessments, training and education, compliance assessments, and disciplinary measures.

Our employees work on some of the larg, highly technical, innovative electrical projects in Cambodia. Over the years, technology has changed, allowing our team to construct and maintain a variety of projects in a wide-range of electrical construction markets.

Our goal is to exceed owner’s expectations on every project. We consistently meet or exceed owner’s expectations because we invest ample time in fully understanding their wants and needs, carefully review their contract specifications and ask detailed questions, and strategically plan tasks ahead of time to ensure all work is performed right the first time.

Quality management is viewed as a dynamic process that requires constant planning and continual improvement. SNKRP has implemented a quality team, which is in charge of constantly monitoring the quality management process to ensure that our ultimate goal is being met, to meet or exceed the owner’s expectations. Our belief is that quality is not the sole responsibility of the field staff and crews, rather, it is the responsibility of every SNKRP employee. Therefore, we have implemented a, “from the top-down” approach to quality.
